01. Book a Puppy Consultation

02. Get to Know Our Puppies

During your consultation, we'll take the time to understand your lifestyle, expectations and what you envision life with your future companion to be like.

Whether you're a first-time dog owner or have years of experience, we're here to share our knowledge and help you make an informed decision.

We believe in being transparent. If we feel that a particular breed may not be the best fit for your lifestyle or expectations, we'll have an open and honest conversation with you. After all, our priority is to find the right home for every puppy.

We'll also walk you through the puppy's background, including photographs of their parents, available DNA test results, hip scores (where applicable) and other relevant health documentation.

03. Let's Get to Know You Better

Before proceeding, we'll invite you to complete a short questionnaire to help us understand you, your household and your plans for your future puppy.

This allows us to ensure that expectations are aligned and that you're well-prepared for the responsibilities of dog ownership.

Please note: We reserve the right to decline a puppy purchase if we believe that the prospective home or owner is not a suitable match for the puppy. Every decision is made with the puppy's long-term welfare in mind.

04. Reserve Your Puppy

Found your perfect companion? It's time to make things official!

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your puppy's reservation, with the remaining 50% payable on the day you bring your puppy home.

We'll also work together to arrange a suitable homecoming date, giving you plenty of time to prepare for your newest family member.

05. Your Lifetime Support Starts Here

Our relationship doesn't end when you reserve your puppy. In fact, it's only just beginning!

Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll create a dedicated WhatsApp support group for you.

Through this group, we'll guide you through everything you need to know before your puppy arrives, from preparing your home and choosing the right essentials to feeding routines and settling-in tips.

And the best part? This support is available throughout your puppy's lifetime.

Whether you have a question a week, a month or years down the road, we're always happy to help.

06. Homecoming Day!

The day you've been waiting for is finally here!

Before your puppy heads home, we'll go through the final arrangements together, including:

- Completing the remaining 50% payment.

- Transferring your puppy's AVS dog licence to you.

- Sharing practical advice on puppy training, housebreaking and establishing a healthy routine.

- Answering any last-minute questions to help you feel confident about welcoming your puppy home.

We'll also check in with you that evening to see how your puppy is settling in and whether you need any additional guidance.
